Building of the hotel "Ana"

The estimated value of the investment is 20.401.186 €.

 

The general design for this object , as well as the project analisys about the economical justification of the investment have been done..The hotel would have all contents for four stars, 250 beds and a useful surface of 16.500 m2. This project is included in the document of Ministry for Tourism of the Republic of Serbia " Investment projects in the Tourism of Serbia"

Building of Aquapark

The estimated value of the investment is 6.317.270 €.

 

On the plot on the right side of the road Novi Knezevac - Banja Kanjiza, there is a forest which stretches to the river bank of the Tisa. The space for which the spa is enlarged is 15 ha, from which 6 ha is provided for Aquapark, while 9 ha will be arranged as a park forest.
Aquapark is joined with the complex of hotels by an overpass which is in the direction of the hotel "Ana!". This way it is possible free pedestrian access, either for the hotel quests or to the visitors who come to Aquapark, and want to visit the spa complexes. There is a parking in the vicinity of Aquapark for about 300 cars.

 

In the framework of the outside arrangements, the following contents are anticipated :

• traffic areas with parking places
• green areas
• ornamental pools
• sport content ( two tennis court, one combined field for basketball, small football, handball and a volleyball field)
• open bathing pools
• walking paths
